Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders may not processed or shipped on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We try our best to process your order asap, in case your shipment experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we're happy to assist.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. 

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Karrier will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

 

Damages, Missing or Stolen Shipments

Karrier is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know at hello@bykarrier.com as soon as possible.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement may be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete.
